Privacy policy
Finder is built on a simple idea: your data, your mailbox, your approval. This policy explains what that means in practice.
1. What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your email, workspace name, contacts you import, and the drafts and campaigns you create. We also collect the minimum needed to keep the service running: usage logs, connection status, and error reports.
2. How we use it
We use your data to run your workspace: store contacts, generate drafts, send approved messages, and show you the status of each one. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your contact lists to train our models.
3. Sending from your mailbox
When you connect a mailbox, Finder sends approved drafts from your own account. We store only the drafts you create and the send status of each one. Your messages go out under your name, from your address.
4. Human approval
Every send requires an explicit human approve. Nothing sends without it. This is a design requirement of the platform, not an optional setting.
5. Data control
You can export your workspace data or delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your contacts, drafts, and campaigns. We keep the minimum logs needed to keep the service stable for other users.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
